Overview
The State of Maryland seeks Social Work professionals for full‑performance and intermediate positions as Social Worker I, Health Services.
ResponsibilitiesProvide direct clinical social work services to clients in health settings such as hospitals, residential facilities, clinics or local health units. Work may require evening and weekend hours. No supervisory duties.
Qualifications &Minimum Requirements
- Licensed as a Graduate Social Worker or Certified Social Worker by the Maryland State Board of Social Work Examiners prior to appointment.
- Education:
Determined by licensing requirements for Social Workers. - Experience:
None. - Must possess a valid driver’s license if duties require operation of a vehicle.
