Job DescriptionOverview
Weareseekingadedicatedandexperienced
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)tojoinourteaminprovidinghigh-qualitybehavioralhealthservices.
TheBCBAwillberesponsiblefordeliveringindividualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services,conducting assessments,developingtreatmentplans,andprovidingongoingsupervisionandsupporttoclients,families,andbehaviortechnicians.
Thisrolefocusesonmaintainingclinicalexcellence,ensuringcompliancewithethicalandregulatorystandards,anddrivingmeaningfuloutcomesforthechildrenandfamiliesweserve.
Key Responsibilities- Monitorclientprogressandmakedata-driventreatmentmodificationsasneeded.
- Collaboratewithfamilies,caregivers,andinterdisciplinaryteammemberstoensureconsistencyacrossenvironments.
- Completeallrequireddocumentation,includingtreatmentplans,reassessments,progress reports,andsessionreviewsinatimelymanner.
- MaintaincompliancewithBACBethicalguidelines,HIPAAregulations,andpayerrequirements.
- Participateinteammeetings,case consultations,andongoingprofessionaldevelopment activities.
- Fosteracultureofclinicalexcellence,integrity,andfamily-centered care.
- Master'sdegreein
Applied Behavior Analysis ,Psychology,Education,orarelatedfield. - ExperienceprovidingABAservicestochildrenwithautismspectrumdisorderandrelateddevelopmentaldisabilities.
- StrongunderstandingofABAprinciples,evidence-based interventions,anddatacollectionsystems.
- Passionforsupportingclients,families,andstaffwhileimprovingclinicaloutcomes.
- Thispositioninvolvesprovidingservicesinclients'homes.
- Travelwithintheassignedserviceareaisrequired.
