, we’re looking for passionate BCBAs to join our Maryland team. Whether you’re looking for a few cases per week or want to build a larger caseload, we work with you to identify opportunities that align with your
availability, experience, and professional goals.
$90–$100/hour for per diem BCBA opportunities

We are connecting with BCBAs across Maryland, with opportunities that may be available in areas such as:
Baltimore | Silver Spring | Rockville | Columbia | Frederick | Germantown | Annapolis | Montgomery County | Prince George’s County and surrounding areas
Specific opportunities and service settings will depend on current client needs and geographic availability.
What You’ll DoAs a BCBA with Applied ABC, you will:
Manage an active caseload and provide high-quality ABA services
Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Develop and monitor behavior support plans
Analyze client data and make data-driven clinical decisions
Supervise and mentor RBTs/BTs using evidence-based practices and BST
Provide parent and caregiver training
Collaborate with families, schools, caregivers, and other members of the treatment team
Provide clinical guidance and support when needed
Maintain accurate documentation and meet clinical and regulatory requirements
Active BCBA certification
Master’s degree in ABA, behavior analysis, psychology, education, or a related field
Current 8-hour supervision certificate
Maryland BCBA/LBA or applicable Maryland credential
Experience supervising RBTs/BTs
