You will respond in the community in two-person teams to support individuals in behavioral health crises, collaborating with clinicians and partners to guide recovery and connect to resources.
You will develop crisis plans, link to care, empower self-advocacy, and document interactions promptly. A high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver’s license are required.
