About our Park Heights Baltimore Program: Gaudenzia’s Recovery Campus at Park Heights offers a vast range of behavioral health services for youth and adults, regardless of their ability to pay or insurance coverage status, for those in Baltimore City and the surrounding community.

The Recovery Campus at Park Heights provides evidence-based treatment for substance use and co-occurring disorders, with services spanning:

  • Detox/Withdrawal Management
  • Women’s Residential Treatment & Halfway House Program
  • Intensive Outpatient (IOP) and Outpatient Program (OP)
  • Medication-Assisted Treatment (both residential and outpatient)
  • Mental Health Treatment and Medication Management
  • 24/7 Admissions

Who We’re Looking For

A successful Clinical Director enjoys working with people from diverse backgrounds and doesn’t shy away from honest and caring — yet sometimes difficult — conversations. This position is for you if you’re able to treat others with dignity, compassion, and respect, even in life’s most challenging moments.

You are an aspiring or experienced leader who has the motivation and ability to develop, influence, train and lead others! You possess the knowledge of ASAM criteria and corresponding levels of care as well asthe biopsychosocial characteristics and other comorbid behaviors of substance use disorder and/or mental illness. You possess considerable knowledge of individual and group behavior and the effective ways of working with people based on client-centered principles and Motivational Interviewing strategies to facilitate long-term recovery.

Qualifications for this Role:

Maryland Clinical Director Requirements
:

Licensure: The Clinical Director must hold an active Maryland behavioral health license that permits independent clinical practice. Qualifying licenses include LCPC, LCADC, LCMFT, LCPAT, LCSW-C, Psychologist, Psychiatrist, or another Maryland behavioral health license that authorizes independent clinical practice consistent with the services provided by the program.

Experience: The Clinical Director must also have at least five years of documented experience in human services, including at least two years of administrative or clinical supervision experience. If providing clinical supervision, the Clinical Director must also meet applicable Maryland Board requirements to serve as an approved clinical supervisor.
