Sankofa Behavioral Health is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians who value meaningful learning, connection, and learner autonomy.

We train our RBTs in Pivotal Response Treatment (PRT), Natural Environment Teaching (NET), and our Rooted Play Praxis, helping children build skills that matter in their everyday lives.

• Engage learners through play, everyday routines, and meaningful interactions.
• Implement treatment plans and collect accurate data to support clinical decisions.
• Support communication, independence, and self-advocacy while honoring learner choice.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and team members.
• Participate in hands‑on training and ongoing clinical coaching.

• Strong clinical skills and a collaborative approach.
• A commitment to culturally responsive, relationship‑centered care.
• Openness to reflecting on past practices and moving beyond compliance‑focused approaches.
• Availability for part‑time afternoon and evening sessions.

• $22–$28 per hour
