COOR Patient Registration; Child Adolescent

Responsible for coordinating and collecting patient information and obtaining authorization from third party payors. Assists in obtaining and preparing pre-testing results, pre-operative notes, and signatures. Performs related office support duties.

• 1. Work requires the level of knowledge typically acquired through completion of an Associate's degree in business or a closely related field and one year of previous experience.
• 2. No certification, registration, or licensure required.
• 3. Work requires the analytical skills to gather and interpret data in situations in which the information or problems are relatively routine.
• 4. Work requires the ability to exchange information on factual matters, schedule appointments, greet visitors, explain medical center policies, and/or relay messages to appropriate personnel. This type of interaction requires courtesy and tact when dealing with patients, visitors and/or medical center employees. More sensitive situations may be referred to others as appropriate.

Salary Range: Minimum 18.87/hour - Maximum 31.15/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
