Caregiver/CNA Requirements:
- One year of caregiving experience in a home care setting is preferred but not required.
- Driver's License
- Access to reliable vehicle and proof of insurance
- 18 years of age or older
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
Caregiver/CNA Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Provide medication reminders and assist with medication management as directed.
- Help with mobility and transfers (including bed-to-chair and ambulation assistance).
- Prepare and serve meals according to dietary requirements.
- Perform light housekeeping duties including cleaning, laundry, and organizing living spaces.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Monitor and report changes in clients' physical or mental condition to healthcare professionals or family members.
- Assist with transportation to appointments, errands, and social activities.
- Follow care plans and instructions provided by healthcare professionals.
