Group Sales Manager – The Doyle Collection

Join us as a Group Sales Manager in Dupont Circle. We’re looking for an energetic, experienced Sales Manager (minimum 2 years, preferably in luxury property) to proactively secure new accounts, manage proposals, negotiate rates, conduct familiarization trips and site inspections, and consistently exceed monthly sales goals.

• Proactively seek and secure new accounts.
• Prepare proposals, manage contracts, and conduct rate negotiations.
• Perform familiarization trips and hotel site inspections.
• Prioritize and achieve sales targets and monthly goals.
• Maintain accurate sales records using Opera, Microsoft Office and other tools.

• Minimum 2 years experience as a Sales Manager, preferably in luxury hospitality.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Opera (PMS/Sales & Catering), Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Capacity to meet responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Customer‑service orientation with strong attention to detail.
