Room Attendant

Hilton Baltimore Inner Harbor is looking to expand their housekeeping team!

A Houseperson is responsible for cleaning and maintaining designated areas of the hotel and responding to guest requests in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.

Pay Rate: $18.51 per hour

Shift Pattern: 8am-5:30pm Weekdays / 9:30am-6pm Weekends

Our ideal candidate is a team player, a multi-tasker, and has a passion for hospitality.

What will I be doing?

As a Houseperson, you will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining designated areas of the hotel and responding to guest requests. Specific tasks include:

• Cleaning designated areas such as restrooms, public areas, offices, and banquet/meeting rooms
• Dusting, polishing furniture, vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, shampooing carpets, washing windows, cleaning floors, removing trash, and emptying ashtrays
• Greeting guests in a friendly manner
• Reporting maintenance issues and repairs needed
• Stocking and maintaining supply rooms
• Performing deep cleaning and special projects as needed
• Assisting in cleaning guest rooms and delivering guest requests
