Staffing Consultant - Agency Recruiter – Beacon Hill

This role focuses on finding, interviewing, and qualifying job seekers for temporary/contract positions in the local market. It is a full-cycle recruiting role that runs from sourcing to placement. You will engage with candidates via phone, email, or in-person, coaching them through resume editing, interview preparation, and post-interview follow-up. You will also collaborate with your team on open positions, posting job ads, and utilizing online sourcing tools.

Responsibilities
  • Proactive cold calling to identify prospective candidates.
  • Identify prospective candidates via job board search tools, Linked In, internet searches, referrals, and professional networking.
  • Interview prospective candidates.
  • Prep candidates for client interviews—review resumes, discuss client needs, and conduct mock interviews.
  • Extend job offers and manage the offer process for selected candidates.
  • Follow up with candidates who are on assignment to ensure they have everything needed.

  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.

  • Confident judgment and discretion regarding business and candidate suitability.

Compensation & Benefits
  • Base salary $45,000–$70,000 per year, plus uncapped commission.
