Position Overview

Rapid growth healthcare startup seeks a highly organized, self‑motivated Recruitment Coordinator or Manager to lead our ambitious hiring initiative across four international markets. This role will oversee the recruitment process for 20 diverse positions spanning our offices in Washington DC, London, New Delhi, and Karachi.

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment for 20+ roles across multiple countries and time zones
• Coordinate hiring activities across DC, London, New Delhi, and Karachi offices
• Utilize applicant tracking systems to streamline recruitment processes
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate profiles
• Maintain organized candidate pipelines and provide regular recruitment updates
• Ensure consistent recruitment standards across all international locations

• Proven experience in recruitment coordination or management
• Exceptional organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Self‑starter mentality with strong independent work capabilities
• Experience working across multiple time zones and international markets
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment
