Employee Relations & Investigations Specialist

Kennedy Krieger Institute in Baltimore, MD, seeks an Employee Relations Specialist to manage and resolve employee relations issues through investigations, mediation, and collaboration with HR Business Partners and legal counsel. The role guides policies and employment law, supports termination processes, represents the Institute in unemployment hearings, and helps update HR practices.
