TechINT Solutions Group is seeking an All Source Analyst to join our team in Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD. Job# TI1461

• Conduct all-source analyses and assist in the collection and dissemination of information to U.S. and coalition forces, on a need-to-know basis, concerning target device TTPs, technology, and safe handling procedures.
• Demonstrate ability to exploit various intelligence disciplines (e.g. TECHSIGINT, SIGINT/CYBER, MASINT) from all levels of classified information.
• Demonstrate ability to identify suspicious transactions/entities and activities related to emerging and current commercial technology.
• Demonstrate ability to identify enemy TTPs and develop targetable intelligence products.
• Demonstrate the ability to uncover new leads significant to the threat networks and communicate these leads internally as well as externally.
• Monitor and analyze strategic and operational intelligence information.
• Research support for analysts who produce Intelligence Community reports and briefings as well as direct support to current operations.
• Research, author, and coordinate threat assessments to support the Commander and/or leaders in the U.S. civilian intelligence community.
• Ability to travel CONUS and OCONUS (to possible conflict areas) on short notice to disseminate relevant threat information.
• Perform all functional duties independently.

• Active TS/SCI.
• Requires Military intelligence MOS background and have completed formal military intelligence training/school.

• BA/BS with 0-3 yrs experience (basic requirement) or;
• Associates degree plus 4 yrs experience to meet the base 0-3 yrs requirement.
• NOTE: Associate Degree plus 4 yrs is the equivalent of a Bachelor’s degree.
• (No degree) plus 6 yrs experience to meet the base 0-3 yrs requirement.
• NOTE: 6 yrs experience is the equivalent of a Bachelor’s degree.

• BA/BS with 3-10 yrs experience (basic requirement) or;
• Associates degree plus 4 yrs experience to meet the base 3-10 yrs requirement.
• NOTE: Associate Degree plus 4 yrs is the equivalent of a Bachelor’s degree.
• (No degree) plus 6 yrs experience to meet the base 3-10 yrs requirement.
• NOTE: 6 yrs experience is the equivalent of a Bachelor’s degree.

• MA/MS with 10+ years of experience (basic requirement) or;
• BA/BS plus 8 yrs experience added to the base 10 years’ requirement.
• NOTE: Bachelors Degree plus 8 yrs is the equivalent of a Master’s degree.
• (No degree) plus 12 yrs experience to the basic 10 yrs requirement.
• NOTE: 12 yrs experience is the equivalent of a Master’s degree.

• Experience in conducting functional analyses of commercial base technology devices (specifically UAS) and describe how the device functions.
• Knowledge of and ability to perform analysis on the latest commercial-based and emerging technologies that could be utilized by advisories and articulate how use of that CBT would affect DoD capability.
• Ability to provide Indications and Warning and trend analysis data on target devices and TTPs.
• Conduct Intelligence Preparation of the Battlefield (IPB) for identified locations using knowledge of current CBT TTPs and availability of commercial technologies.
• Researches unclassified and classified databases for use in written products.
• Present, discuss, and defend assessments to intelligence community and technical community.
• Assist with development and maintenance of analytical policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of current events in targeting, customs, historical, assessment, and pattern analysis processes.
• Ability to generate/provide specialized analytical products.
