Job DescriptionAs a Network Engineer L2, you will play a pivotal role in managing our enterprise network infrastructure. You will be responsible for managing network & respective assets at datacenter to troubleshooting and resolving issues. This role demands a deep understanding of network protocols, hardware, and software, as well as the ability to support advanced networking projects like router, switches, AP, firewall & cabling & etc.

- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure at Datacenter & Remote to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network issues in a timely manner @DC.
- Implement and configure new network hardware and software when requested @DC.
- Collaborate with IT teams to support overall IT infrastructure.
- Document network configurations, changes, and procedures @DC & @Remote.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in network engineering.
- Professional certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent are preferred.
- In-depth understanding of network protocols, firewall management, and network security.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Understanding of DC Ops for Network including LAN, WAN, Switching & Cabling.
- Network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Network security best practices.
- Monitoring tools (e.g., Cisco, Solar Winds, Logic Monitor).
- Routing and Switching.
- VPN configuration.

Compensationand Benefits
A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
