Circle is a financial technology company at the epicenter of the emerging internet of money, where value can travel globally, almost instantly, and at lower cost than legacy systems. Our infrastructure, including USDC and CCTP, empowers businesses, institutions, and developers to tap into this new layer of the financial ecosystem.

The Product Manager will own products built on our core protocols (USDC, CCTP) and include both permissioned SaaS offerings and permissionless on‑chain protocols such as Programmable Wallets, Smart Contract Platform, and Gas Abstraction. The focus is on enabling web3 native developers and web2 enterprises to build with Circle’s infrastructure.

• Engage with ecosystem developers (USDC, CCTP, EURO‑C users) to understand needs, translate them into a roadmap, and bring products to market.
• Own product vision, feature set, and roadmap for developer products from concept to launch, covering both off‑chain and on‑chain components.
• Stay current on frontier blockchain technologies (account abstraction, smart contracts, intents, EIPs) and contribute where applicable.
• Define a great developer experience for seasoned and first‑time smart contract writers.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (legal, compliance, treasury, marketing) to launch products.

• 15+ years of product management experience, including leadership of complex commercial product portfolios with significant customer adoption and revenue.
• Proven product strategy for crypto or related technologies, with risk management experience.
• Experience mentoring product managers and influencing partners and executives to achieve results.

Base Pay Range: $212,500 - $272,500 (USD). Compensation may vary by location and other factors.
