* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent experience) in a technical field, with 8+ years in data-intensive roles, ideally within Asset Management or a related industry.
* Demonstrated leadership in establishing enterprise data modeling standards across federated data estates and assets.
* Ability to develop, communicate, and govern data modeling standards aligned to target information architecture.
* Hands-on experience designing high-performing data models for structured and unstructured data in cloud ecosystems (e.g., Snowflake, AWS), including data mapping, lineage, classification, cataloging, and enforcing data standards.
* Passion for data modeling that enhances data efficiency and understanding for all users.
* Proficiency with data modeling tools (Erwin, Hackolade, etc) and maintaining a central enterprise model repository.
* Collaborative approach with outstanding communication skills for engaging both technical and non-technical audiences.
* Understanding of asset management or financial markets.
* Knowledge of RBAC, security models, role entitlements, and data security.
* Experience with AI data readiness and modeling for AI.Placement within the range provided above is based on the individual’s relevant experience and skills for the role.  Base salary is only one component of our total compensation package.  Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, which is determined upon company and individual performance.
