Join EY as a Senior Consultant in the Transformation Architecture and Delivery practice, where you will play a pivotal role in aligning strategic goals with operational execution, supporting clients in bridging the gap between strategy and delivery.

The Opportunity

EY’s Transformation Architecture and Delivery practice offers a dynamic career for professionals passionate about solving complex business, technology, and infrastructure challenges. As a Senior Consultant, you will design and deliver business and solution architecture frameworks, product management approaches, and value‑realization structures, while supporting the establishment of Transformation Management Offices (TMOs), Value Management Offices (VMOs), and Enterprise Project Management Offices (EPMOs).

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with client and EY teams to design and deliver business and solution architecture frameworks.
• Contribute to product and program road mapping, maturity assessments, and value tracking.
• Assist in managing project timelines, budgets, and quality standards using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Support the setup and operation of transformation management structures (TMO, VMO, EPMO).
• Identify process improvement opportunities and support the implementation of innovative solutions.
• Participate in the delivery of complex technical initiatives and transformation programs.
• Travel as needed to support client engagements.

Skills And Attributes For Success Core Competencies

• Strategic Transformation leadership, including TMO/PMO oversight, Agile Program Management (SAFe, Scrum), and end‑to‑end delivery.
• Risk and resource management across work streams and organizational levels.
• Experience in operating model design, governance model development, and change management transformation.
• Business case development, ideation, storytelling, advanced data modeling, and value realization.
• Budget ownership for projects exceeding $1M.
• Technology strategy and implementation, including AI, LLM, RPA, and ERP (SAP/Cloud) integration.
• Performance management, process improvement, portfolio strategy, cost optimisation, and technology deployment.

Leadership & Collaboration

• Success leading cross‑functional teams as a workstream lead or deliverable owner.
• Executive‑level advisory, communications, and facilitation of large‑scale workshops.

To Qualify, You Must Have

• bachelor’s degree (required); advanced degree is a plus.
• at least 2 years of client‑facing consulting experience, preferably in professional services or management consulting.
• exposure to business process documentation, solution architecture, product/portfolio management, and program delivery.
• experience supporting transformation initiatives, such as TMO/EPMO set‑up and operations.
• familiarity with change management and delivery methodologies.
• strong problem‑solving skills and digital fluency.
• excellent oral and written communication.

Ideally, You’ll Also Have

• a degree in Computer Systems, Engineering, Economics, or Business.
• ERP or AI/Data Fabric implementations or central data office experience.
• PMP, Six Sigma, or Agile‑related credentials.
• sector experience in TMT, PE, Industrials, Energy, Media & Entertainment, Consumer & Health, or related fields.
