Metric5 is seeking a Full Stack LLM Developer to serve as the lead technical expert for designing, building, and deploying end-to-end AI and Large Language Model (LLM) solutions. This role will conduct feasibility studies for LLM/RAG solutions, design scalable AI pipelines, set up CI/CD pipelines, and provide post-deployment support and training.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define business objectives for AI/LLM solution.
• Set up CI/CD pipelines for code and model deployment.
• Provide training sessions to internal teams on maintaining and extending the solution.
• Offer post-deployment support for bug fixes, enhancements, and monitoring.
• Conduct feasibility studies for LLM/RAG-based solutions aligned with business needs.
• Design scalable architecture for end-to-end AI pipelines.

• 4 years Data Science/Machine Learning/AI experience or equivalent, with an emphasis on delivering AI/ML solutions.
• Experience developing and deploying machine learning and generative AI solutions to production.
• Experience researching and developing advanced AI systems, including systems incorporating LLMs, RAG, and agentic workflows.
• Expert proficiency using Python for analytical workflows and server-side development.
• Experience with full-stack web development.
• Proficiency with Azure, AWS, and GCP cloud environments and associated services for data, AI, and application hosting.
• Experience architecting end-to-end production AI solutions, (e.g., model deployments, authentication, DNS routing).
• Strong understanding of underlying machine learning concepts (neural networks, transformer architectures,, etc.).

Certifications: Must hold an AWS Developer Certification.

• DHS experience
• Federal Government Financial System Modernization experience

Bachelor’s Degree

Must be a United States citizen and must possess ability to pass a Public Trust Government background investigation.
