Day‑To‑Day Responsibilities- Provide development support for Service Now projects and enhancements.
- Develop process workflows and automation strategies.
- Collaborate with the team in architecture design, development, and reviews.
- Lead the development of solution artifacts such as road maps, optimization of operations, architecture and/or block diagrams beyond user story requirements.
- Support growth‑related activities, including prototypes and oral presentations, and maintain relevant certifications.

Bachelor's degree and 4 years of experience, Master’s degree and 2 years of experience, or 8+ years in lieu of a degree. - 3+ years of experience as a Service Now developer.
- 3+ years of experience with technical discussions and reviews.
- Experience across multiple parts of the Service Now platform and with commonly integrated third‑party technologies.
- Excellent understanding of system architecture, design principles, and impacts.
- Experience supporting IT data integrity (CMDB, HAM, SAM, etc.).
- Excellent technical leadership skills and initiative to take on additional responsibilities.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Experience with the U.S. Federal Government.
- Must obtain and maintain a Public Trust.
- Service Now certifications (baseline):
Certified System Administrator and Certified Application Developer. - 3+ years of experience developing Service Now solutions across ITSM, ITOM (HAM and SAM), and Enterprise Architecture (APM/TRM/TPM).
- 3+ years of industry experience (Financial Services, Healthcare, High Tech, Manufacturing, Retail, etc.).
- 2+ years of technical leadership driving change and solutions.
- Additional Service Now CIS certifications (preferred):
Customer Service Management, IT Service Management, Discovery, Service Mapping, Strategic Portfolio Management, Application Portfolio Management, Software Asset Management, Hardware Asset Management.
Office‑based role located in Woodlawn, MD. Must be willing to work on‑site 5 days a week.
