A reputable IT service provider in Baltimore is seeking an L2 Help Desk Administrator for a 3-month contract with potential for full-time conversion. This role involves advanced technical support, managing escalated issues from Tier 1 staff, and ensuring smooth operation of IT services for a 2,200-user environment. Candidates should possess a degree in Information Technology, along with 3-5 years of IT support experience, and strong troubleshooting skills in Windows and Microsoft 365 environments.

Compensation is $30-$40/hr on a 1099 basis.
