The Audio Visual On‑Site Specialist role supports a high‑profile, multi‑floor audiovisual installation, including secure environments. Responsibilities include commissioning, maintaining, and servicing advanced AV systems across three floors, providing support to clients, and collaborating with remote resources.

$70,000 – $130,000 per year (DOE)

• Assist in the commissioning of AV systems.
• Provide ongoing support under a service agreement.
• Maintain and troubleshoot AV systems, including Barco True Pix .9 Video Walls, Barco CTRL routing systems, Cisco and AMX‑controlled conference rooms, Poly all‑in‑one systems, and SCIFs with multiclass switching.
• Respond to daily service calls, perform break/fix tasks, and install replacement equipment.
• Provide conference support as needed.
• Access and troubleshoot DSP and control systems, with remote assistance from CTI programming resources.
• Participate in continued Barco CTRL and other industry training as required.

• Basic understanding of networking, including route/switch fundamentals, Layer 3 switches, and DNS configuration.
• Ability to log into and navigate DSP and control systems for diagnostics.
• Willingness to attend Barco CTRL training in Atlanta.

• Must hold an active Secret clearance.
• Must be willing to undergo a 7‑year DCSA background investigation for Top Secret clearance.
• Top Secret or higher clearance is a strong plus.

• Prior experience supporting Barco, Cisco, AMX, or Poly AV systems.
• Familiarity with SCIF environments and multiclass switching.
• Experience with AV system commissioning and service support in secure government or enterprise settings.
• Certifications such as CTS, CTS‑D, or CTS‑I.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across DSP, control systems, and network infrastructure.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple service requests.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

• A competitive base salary $70,000 – $130,000+ (DOE)
