Additional Information:
This candidate can be junior level but should have at least 2 years of experience supporting IT systems at a medium to large company. Candidates should be comfortable with imagining Windows workstations, supporting the Windows OS, troubleshooting desktop/server hardware failures, and have strong communication skills when talking to technical leads, management, and our control room operators. They should also be familiar with tcpcip networking, domain administration, IT change management, and familiar with latest generations of server and desktop hardware.
