QA Analyst & Automation Specialist

We are seeking a versatile QA Analyst & Automation Specialist with strong foundations in manual and automated testing to join our dynamic quality assurance team. This hybrid role combines hands‑on automation expertise with business‑facing analytical skills to ensure high‑quality SaaS and integrated applications. The ideal candidate will be proactive, technically adept, and collaborative across cross‑functional teams.

• Analyze and review business and technical requirements for clarity, completeness, and testability.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites using Playwright (Type Script) and Java‑based frameworks for UI and API validation.
• Execute functionality, integration, regression, and performance testing across SaaS platforms and backend systems.
• Support and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business stakeholders, including demos and walkthroughs.
• Build and maintain scalable automation frameworks integrated with CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing and feedback.
• Conduct API testing with Postman, validate backend data with SQL, and ensure compliance with OpenAPI/Swagger specifications.
• Create and execute performance testing using JMeter for both UI and APIs.
• Identify, document, and track defects, collaborating closely with development and product teams for resolution.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and documentation.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to evolving QA processes and best practices.
• Evaluate and implement new automation and AI tools to enhance productivity and test coverage.

• Strong experience with Java‑based automation frameworks and Playwright with Type Script.
• Proficient in API testing, backend validation, and performance testing using JMeter.
• Experience testing SaaS applications, including integrations and workflows.
• Skilled in integrating automation with CI/CD tools (e.g., Git).
• Familiarity with Mule Soft Anypoint, OpenAPI, and Swagger specifications.
• Comfortable with version control systems and command‑line execution of test scripts.
• Proficient in defect tracking and test management tools.
• Experience with OnBase workflows and Docu Sign is a plus.
• Ability to critically evaluate UI/API requirements and ask insightful questions.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail in both manual and automated testing.
• Demonstrated success in Agile environments with adaptability to changing priorities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years of QA experience with a blend of manual and automation testing.
• Proven track record in framework development, UAT support, and SaaS testing.
