- moderating website usability testing, on-location in Baltimore, MD
- preparing post-testing evaluation, reporting, and recommendations
Interested parties must have prior experience researching, planning and conducting web usability / user experience testing, either in person or remotely. Familiarity with eye-tracking hardware or software is a plus.
