Business Analyst – Banking & Finance

Aaratech Inc. is seeking a motivated Business Analyst – Banking & Finance to support financial systems and business initiatives. The role involves analyzing business processes, documenting requirements, and ensuring solutions align with business and regulatory needs.

• Gather and document business and functional requirements for financial systems.
• Work with stakeholders to define scope and objectives.
• Analyze banking and financial workflows to identify improvements.
• Support system enhancements and implementations.
• Collaborate with finance, compliance, and IT teams.
• Act as a liaison between business and technical teams.
• Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process diagrams.
• Support testing and UAT activities.
• Work in Agile or Waterfall environments using Jira and documentation tools.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, IT, or related field
• 2+ years of Business Analyst experience
• Knowledge of banking or financial systems preferred
• Strong analytical and documentation skills
• Excellent communication abilities
