Key Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional IT support to One Medical employees.
- Serve as the first point of contact for users, documenting support calls and resolutions using the ticketing system.
- Respond to and troubleshoot support requests via phone, chat and tickets, ensuring timely and efficient support.
- Collaborate with a dedicated IT support team to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
- Provide remote support to employees, ensuring incidents are addressed professionally, promptly and efficiently.
- Install and configure hardware/software across Windows, macOS and Chrome OS environments.
- Ensure compliance with security and system configuration standards as well as HIPAA regulations.
- Contribute to and maintain the IT knowledge base, ensuring accurate and up‑to‑date documentation.
- Assist in workflow improvements.
- Adhere to shift schedules and maintain punctuality.
- Work flexible shifts, including nights (9 pm‑9 am EST), weekends and holidays.
- Occasionally travel to Amazon corporate sites with 24‑hour notice.
- Provide after‑hours support coverage.
- 1+ year of experience with Windows Server technologies: AD, DFS, Print Services, SCCM.
- 2+ years of troubleshooting in a multi‑user high‑availability environment.
- 2+ years of PC repair, troubleshooting, deployment and liquidation experience.
- 1+ year of IT client, server, and network service delivery experience.
- 2+ years of networking experience (DNS, DHCP, SSL, OSI Model, TCP/IP).
- 2+ years of corporate‑level support for Windows, Mac or Linux operating systems.
- 2+ years of supporting and maintaining a corporate network environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years of computer networking experience.
- Experience supporting video conference and teleconference equipment.
