Job Summary:

Aaratech Inc. is seeking a highly analytical and detail-driven Data Analyst – Banking & Finance to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will work with financial and transactional data to deliver actionable insights that support strategic and operational decision-making.

• Gather, clean, and organize banking and financial data from various sources.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of datasets.
• Analyze large financial datasets to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Support forecasting and performance analysis initiatives.
• Design and build dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.
• Present insights clearly to business and finance stakeholders.
• Collaborate with finance, risk, and business teams to deliver analytics solutions.
• Use SQL, Excel, and BI platforms for financial analysis and reporting.
• Support financial data governance and reporting best practices.

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Finance, Statistics, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in data analysis or similar role
• Proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel
• Experience with Tableau or Power BI
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to translate data into actionable business insights
