JHU Payroll Business Systems Analyst (4 Levels)The Business Systems Analyst role encompasses four distinct levels of expertise within the Johns Hopkins University:
Business Systems Analyst I, Business Systems Analyst II, Senior Business Systems Analyst, and Lead Business Systems Analyst. Each level plays a critical role in Sightline's success in implementing and optimizing our new ERP system. Successful candidates will be assigned to a specific level based on a combination of their interest and the amount of related experience and education.
Sightline is seeking Payroll Business System Analysts. These positions represent an opportunity to join our Sightline Payroll functional team. The Payroll Business Systems Analyst team focuses on transforming and optimizing payroll operations through the new ERP system. Analysts will work closely with payroll professionals to understand and document payroll processes, from timekeeping and payroll processing to tax compliance and reporting. By identifying and implementing process improvements and technical solutions, the team ensures accurate and efficient payroll operations, enhances compliance with regulatory requirements, and supports the organization's financial health.
The position will also be responsible for contributing to associated testing and training activities including documentation and execution.
