Role OverviewAs an Enterprise Account Executive, you will own the full enterprise sales cycle—from initial discovery through close, selling a strategic AI and data infrastructure platform to senior technology and business leaders.
This role is based in the Washington, DC metro area and will focus on enterprise customers across:
- Retail and Consumer Brands
- Government and Public Sector
- Construction, Engineering, and Infrastructure
- Media, Entertainment, and Hospitality
- Financial Services and Fin Tech
You will engage CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, COOs, and business executives who are grappling with fragmented data, stalled AI initiatives, and board‑level urgency to operationalize AI safely and at scale.
What You Will Do- Drive Net‑New Enterprise Revenue:
Build, manage, and close a pipeline of complex enterprise opportunities across priority verticals. - Sell Strategic, Multi‑Year Deals:
Close platform subscriptions that may include usage‑based components, premium agentic applications, and onboarding or professional services. - Lead Executive‑Level Conversations:
Position Syntes AI as the execution and orchestration layer required to scale agentic AI across the enterprise, safely bridging data, systems, and AI. - Run High‑Impact Demos:
Conduct consultative demos with a sales engineer that highlight the live enterprise knowledge graph, cross‑system orchestration, explainable AI agents, and the no‑code application layer. - Navigate Complex Buying Committees:
Work across IT, data, operations, finance, marketing, and compliance stakeholders to align technical value with business outcomes. - Collaborate with Product and Leadership:
Provide market feedback, influence ICP refinement, and help shape go‑to‑market strategy and vertical messaging. - Maintain Sales Discipline:
Deliver accurate forecasting, pipeline reporting, and account plans with a clear understanding of deal risk and velocity.
- 5+ years of enterprise software sales experience, preferably in AI/ML, data platforms, analytics, cloud infrastructure, or enterprise SaaS.
- Proven track record of closing complex, six‑ and seven‑figure enterprise deals.
- Experience selling to CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, and senior business leaders.
- Strong technical fluency with the ability to explain AI agents, data platforms, and orchestration concepts clearly and credibly.
- Comfortable operating in an early‑stage, high‑growth environment with ambiguity and ownership.
- Experience in one or more target verticals (retail, government, AEC, media, hospitality, financial services) is a strong plus.
- Competitive base salary, aggressive commission structure, and meaningful early equity.
