We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead with strong API development expertise to lead and support agile delivery teams. The ideal candidate will be hands‑on, technically strong, and comfortable acting as a Scrum Master while working closely with onsite and offshore teams.
Key Requirements- Strong experience in API development using Node.js
- Hands-on experience with AWS services
- Experience working with MongoDB
- Ability to function as a hands‑on Scrum Master
- Strong leadership and team collaboration skills
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
- P&C Insurance domain knowledge is preferred
