ServiceNow Project Manager

* Leidos is seeking a  
** Service Now Program Manager
** to be part of the mission solution and help lead SSA's Digital Modernization Strategy. The Service Now Program Manager leads the operation and continuous improvement of existing Service Now ITSM solution for an enterprise. Successful candidate will continue to lead the design and implementation of various new modules associated with Service Now across a midsized organization. The candidate will be able to adapt to client needs, and to continuously elaborate on the enterprise Service Now roadmap, that delivers core capabilities and expanded features as time progresses.

The Project Manager will collaborate with a diverse workforce within a matrix environment and be able to communicate effectively in obtaining and synthesizing requirements from external stakeholders, while working with the team to implement Service Now. The candidate will have hands on development expertise in Service Now and manage resources, budget, schedule, customer engagement, and ensure high end-user satisfaction. Additionally, the candidate must possess strong creative, communication, and collaboration skills.​

* + Develop the roadmap for Service Now Development after consultation with the different area/components

+ Refine items in backlog and bring them into iterations

+ Attend all customer technical discussions/design/development meetings and provide technical inputs to further enhance the Service Now development.

+ Front- end development using low code for end users

+ Provide guidance/support to other junior/mid-level developers.

+ Impact functional strategy by developing new solutions, processes, standards, or operational plans that position Leidos competitively in the marketplace.

** FOUNDATION FOR SUCCESS**   **(*
* ** _Basic Qualifications_**  **)*
* + Bachelor's degree and 12+ years in information technology with at least five years in a project management role. Additional years of experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.
