Agile Scrum Master
We are seeking a hands‑on Agile Scrum Master to support the delivery of agile projects. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in agile project management, facilitation of scrum ceremonies, and close collaboration with project teams and stakeholders.
Responsibilities- Support delivery of agile projects
- Facilitate agile ceremonies (daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, retrospectives)
- Track and manage project progress against goals and timelines
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
- Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders
- Ensure adherence to agile methodologies and best practices
- Agile Scrum Master – Expert level (10+ years experience)
- AWS knowledge
- API development knowledge (Node.js)
- P&C Insurance domain knowledge
- Hands‑on Scrum Master based in or near Cockeysville, MD
- Willing to work from the client office 4 days per week
