Gilder Search Group is seeking a Dev Ops Engineer in the Baltimore, MD area to help build, secure, and scale our SaaS infrastructure. This is a full-time, in-office role requiring residence in the Baltimore area.
You will own CI/CD pipelines, manage AWS environments, and drive automation with a focus on SOC 2 Type 2 and ISO 27001 compliance. Work across development, architecture, and QA teams to shape platform decisions in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.
