Based in Baltimore City, the role involves evaluating claims for fraud indicators, interpreting UI laws to claimants and employers, and ensuring accurate benefit payments. This full-time position offers hybrid telework eligibility and access to comprehensive state benefits.
Keyqualifications:
- Four years of experience in a public or private agency determining eligibility for human service programs, or a Bachelor's degree
- One year or more of experience applying federal and/or state unemployment insurance laws, regulations, and policies
- Experience using standard office equipment and Microsoft Office Suite applications
- Experience verifying identification documents
- Experience learning and applying new computer systems
