Associate Attorney; Land-Use

SNI has an immediate need for an Associate Attorney – Land Use & Zoning to join an established mid‑size law firm in Baltimore, MD!

• Represent clients in land use and zoning matters before local and state agencies
• Advise developers, property owners, and institutional clients on zoning compliance, permitting strategies, and entitlement processes
• Draft and review development agreements, easements, and other real‑estate related documents
• Conduct legal research and analysis related to land use regulations, municipal codes, and related statutory issues
• Collaborate with partners and clients to develop case strategies and client communications
• Monitor legislative and regulatory developments affecting land use and zoning

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the Maryland Bar (additional Bar admissions are a plus)
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in real estate transactions and/or land use and zoning
• Excellent legal research, writing, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
