As Temu continues to grow globally, we are seeking a Litigation Counsel to help handle our high-stakes litigation and government investigations in the US.

• Handle and manage outside counsel's work relating to US federal and state litigation matters, including strategy support, pleadings, discovery, and resolution.
• Handle and manage outside counsel's working relating to government or regulatory investigations and inquiries.
• Provide legal analysis and advice on litigation risk, and monitor relevant legal and regulatory developments.
• Collaborate with internal teams to help manage and reduce potential disputes.

• 5+ years of substantive litigation experience, including exposure to regulatory or government matters.
• Juris Doctor and membership in one state bar or equivalent.
• Strong research, drafting and advocacy skills; able to manage multiple complex matters.
• Experience managing fact and expert discovery, and preparing company witnesses for depositions and testimony.

The total salary for this position ranges from $350,000 to $550,000 annually, and the salary will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and skills, ensuring a competitive and attractive offer. In addition, this position offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and a 401(k) retirement plan with company match.
