I am working with a top antitrust boutique and an AmLaw 30 firm both looking to add antitrust litigation associates. This is notable as merger review work has dominated the antitrust lateral market for the last year or two.
Both opportunities provide well‑round practices with civil and criminal litigation, investigations, and class actions. Both provide an excellent substantive opportunity, an advancement track, and the opportunity to work with a wide variety of clients of different sizes, spanning different industries.
Ideal candidates will have:
- 2–7 years of antitrust litigation experience from either a firm or government
- Excellent academic credentials
