Key Responsibilities:- Support attorneys on commercial real estate and finance transactions.
- Draft, review, and revise loan and closing documents.
- Conduct title and survey reviews and assist with loan closings.
- Manage post-closing deliverables and confirmations.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams throughout transactions.
- Paralegal with prior large law firm experience
. - Hands‑on experience in Real Estate and/or Transactional Finance required.
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Net Docs or Simply Agree a plus.
- Paralegal certificate preferred; bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.
$80,000 - $96,000 a year
