Primary Responsibility

To manage Supply Planning for the SAF business in Thailand & China to ship in time as the lead time agreement. Strategic planning ensures proper product availability and collaboration across supply chain to deliver a sustainable competitive advantage for the company, customers, and suppliers.

Roles and Responsibilities

Management of Supply Planning activity for SAF business in Thailand & China.

Monitoring and allocate orders and shipments to ensure optimized supply dynamics and service, and generate business plan while maintaining relationships with suppliers.

Development and implementation of strategies to assure supply planning activity.

Lead establishment and improvement with the goal of maintaining a high performing team.

Optimize and continuously improve service level of delivery on time.

Manage supply planning team project and cross‑function project with high performance.

Reporting to management monthly to highlight the situation of UHT coconut milk.

Update monthly report for supply planning team highlighting tasks.

Monitoring section scorecard and setting up the action plan for improvement to meet targets.

Resolve complex issues / propose / initiate immediate action to secure product shortage.

Manage suppliers to improve planner capability and improve supply chain flexibility for quantity and delivery date changes to match customer requirements.

React to supplier capacity issues with appropriate urgency when required.

Negotiate with suppliers for the special case requirement to meet business needs.

Participate in the planning and forecasting process to meet standard operating procedure.

Drive supplier to utilize forecast for planning raw material and product ship to protect against product shortage.

Manage supplier to control packaging inventory to protect stock level of packaging and product write‑off.

Manage supplier with the timeline for new product support for NPD launch product on time.

Lead collaboration with SAF team and supplier to create timeline for new product or new packaging launch product of Thai Kitchen on time as McCormick requirement.

Implement procedure for supplier conduct to protect product shortage manufacturing to meet customer requirements.

Training supplier process activities to improve score card.

Manage payment for co‑packer when the payment is overdue.

Manage supplier to make relationship and feedback with solutions proactively.

Manage the Supply Planning Department, coaching development of individual and open feedback team members to high performance.

Develop team‑member’s skills to analyze and solve tooling.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business Administration, International Trade, Supply Chain, Logistics or related field.

Experience

At least 5 years experience in supply chain, logistics in import‑export in food business.

5 years experience in management.

Interpersonal Skills

Ability to build close relationship and working well with Thai suppliers and overseas customers.
