Overview
Our client is a leading force in the systems integration industry, delivering innovative solutions in the commercial and federal sectors. They seek a strategic Executive VP of Operations to oversee Low-Voltage, Critical Infrastructure operations, driving growth and operational excellence. This role supports the company’s expansion and ongoing evolution.
Responsibilities- Lead strategic operations across Data Centers, Public Sector, and Commercial markets.
- Drive transformation of operations toward sustainable and recurring revenue models.
- Manage a comprehensive P&L with oversight of revenues exceeding $150 million, ensuring fiscal targets and operational objectives are achieved.
- Develop and implement robust operational policies and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Champion integration of cutting-edge technologies and innovative practices to maintain competitive advantage.
- Collaborate with other executive leaders to align operational strategies with corporate goals.
- Oversee risk management to minimize operational vulnerabilities and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Lead, mentor, and develop talent, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous development.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field; MBA or similar advanced degree highly preferred.
- At least 12 years of senior leadership experience in operations, specifically within field services, low-voltage systems, building automation, structured cabling, or systems integration.
- Proven expertise in Change Management and large-scale operational changes.
- Deep understanding of challenges and regulatory frameworks in Data Center, Public Sector, and Commercial markets.
- Extensive financial management skills with history of managing substantial revenue streams and financial planning/analysis.
