Antwerpen is seeking an experienced Service Manager looking to lead an experienced team of service advisors. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing service advisors and making sure that our service department provides excellent customer service, scheduling appointments, and providing estimates and recommendations for repairs. The Service Manager must be able to communicate effectively with both customers and advisors, aid the team in setting and completing their goals, and manage the workflow of the service department, ensuring that all jobs are completed in a timely manner.

• Set and maintain service advisor goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
• Ensure that customers are provided with excellent customer service.
• Develop and implement service policies and procedures.
• Monitor Service Advisor‑Customer interactions and provide accurate information when needed.
• Manage department budget and expenses.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist customers in understanding their repair needs, costs, and timeframe.

• Proven experience as a Service Manager or similar role.
• Excellent leadership and management skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze and interpret data.
• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
