• Plan, coordinate, and oversee all phases of construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and cost controls to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field teams to maintain productivity, quality, and safety standards.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, architects, and consultants, ensuring clear communication and issue resolution.
• Track project documentation, including contracts, change orders, RFIs, and submittals, to ensure compliance and accurate reporting.
