Main Purpose of JobCommunity Detention Administrator IV will provide administrative supervision of regional CD operations, including Community Field Operations, Command Center, and GPS/CDRR Rapid Response Teams. The administrator will work with Executive Directors to meet departmental goals and ensure compliance with CD and GPS standard operating procedures. The role requires 24/7 availability to respond to EM/GPS needs.
Responsibilities- Supervise and supervise operations of community detention and GPS teams.
- Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures and departmental goals.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to drive operational improvements.
- Maintain 24/7 on‑call duties to support operational needs.
Education:
High school diploma or equivalency.
Experience:
Six years of administrative staff or professional work. Experience substitutions noted in original.
Preferred Qualifications
- Six years of experience in Community Detention Operations.
- Two years of planning/supervisory experience in a 24/7 operational environment.
- Reliability and flexibility to meet staffing, scheduling, and attendance in a public safety setting.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to engage stakeholders and convey operational expectations and policy requirements.
