IDI is seeking a Branch Sales Manager to drive growth by identifying prospective customers, building strong relationships, and leading a high-performing team at the Baltimore branch.
You will focus on profitable growth, develop and train staff, manage inventory and branch operations, and ensure adherence to safety and corporate directives while coordinating with the Regional Director on budgeting and forecasting. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required, and travel is limited.
