Lineage is seeking a seasoned Operations Manager to lead a large warehouse team, executing strategic plans to strengthen operations and achieve KPIs. You will supervise, train, and mentor staff while coordinating with maintenance and inventory control to meet productivity and service goals.
You will direct production and labor planning, ensure safety standards, and implement SWIs. The role also supports marketing/sales efforts and acts as a backup to the General Manager as needed.
