Minority, Women-Owned Business Account Program Manager; Program Manager IV

The Maryland Department of Commerce seeks a Program Manager IV to oversee the Small, Minority, Women-Owned Business Account (SMWOBA) program and manage the State's Video Lottery Terminal Fund. • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration
• Eight years of administrative or professional work experience
• Five years of experience in commercial bank lending, underwriting, financial analysis, grant administration, or loan documentation
• Advanced degree preferred
• Demonstrated experience providing financing assistance to small, minority, and women-owned businesses
• Four years of proven leadership or supervisory experience
