Bindery Specialist – Full Sail Media

Full Sail Media is seeking an exceptional, talented individual to join operations in our growing company as a Bindery Specialist at our Baltimore location. This unique opportunity is for someone with interest and experience to work and be involved with the finishing process of digital and offset print production.

Key responsibilities include:

• Receive and organize stock and materials.
• Read job jacket to verify quantity, page count and finishing processes needed to complete the job.
• Box or skid pack products.
• Load machines with various materials.
• Deliver completed projects to next operation.
• Assist with routine preventative maintenance.
• Clean area and check folds, stitching, cutting against sample to ensure correctness.
• Fill shipping cartons, verify quantity and product details against shipping labels.
• Other duties as may be assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications and requirements:

• Work 8‑hour shifts and overtime as needed.
• Lift or move up to 50 lbs.
• Regularly required to stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, or crouch.
• Ability to multitask and meet daily deadlines.
• Attention to detail, checking quality on every job.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with creative “can do” attitude.

Salary: $20–25 / hour
