This position will keep equipment in good working order by reporting any defects or breakdowns to the foreman.
DetailedRoles & Responsibilities
- Operate all putsch filters, scrolls, relieve pay loader operator, filter cell system and wash house operator
- Maintain duty station as to cleanliness and order
- Sample and record liquid material streams and notify foreman of out‑of‑spec material
- Perform work in a manner that complies with all safety practices and sanitation standards
- Perform other duties as directed by the foreman
- Inspect putsches, pumps, tanks, and scrolls for problems and notify foreman of problems
- Able to perform work procedures PRO/WH/WPR-001/R1 thru PRO/WH/WPR-065/R as described in work procedure index
- Type of training or experience required, and at a minimum time to gain it
- Must be able to make analysis and decisions involving judgment
- Must have thorough knowledge of sluice system, wash house centrifugal, pay loader, filter cell systems
