As the Manufacturing Program Manager, you will collaborate closely with Program Managers and Operations to ensure efficient industrial planning and support for the program, aligning with delivery schedules and business objectives. You’ll develop and execute manufacturing strategies that meet program goals while ensuring quality, efficiency, and stakeholder satisfaction throughout the product lifecycle.

This position maybe filled as a Sr. Manufacturing Program Manager or Manufacturing Program Manager depending on the candidates work experience and business need. The requirements and salary below reflect the Manufacturing Program Manager level.

At ST Engineering MRAS, we are also rapidly augmenting our maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) capabilities leveraging the company’s expanded aircraft nacelle portfolio as well as it’s materials and processing expertise.

What YOU will do:
You will develop and manage the manufacturing plan for the program, ensuring that resources, schedules, and processes align with overall program goals. In this role, you will closely collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, supply chain, quality, and production, to ensure that manufacturing requirements are met and production targets are achieved.

Key responsibilities include:

• Overseeing Production Ramp-Up:
Ensure that all processes, resources, and materials are scalable to meet increasing demand as production ramps up.

• Managing Cross-Functional Coordination:
Work with engineering, supply chain, quality, and production teams to align on production requirements, capacity, and schedules.

• Stakeholder Communication:
Act as the primary point of contact for manufacturing updates, delivery schedules, and any potential issues. You will communicate regularly with both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring transparency and addressing concerns promptly.

You will also be responsible for managing risks that could impact production, including material shortages, equipment failures, and delays. You will take swift action to resolve any issues, keeping the program on track.
Additional key tasks include:

• Risk & Issue Management:
Identify and mitigate risks, working with operations teams to address challenges as they arise.

• Production Quality Assurance:
Ensure production meets required quality standards by collaborating with the Quality Assurance team and resolving any quality issues swiftly.

• Managing Production Schedules:
Coordinate with operations to ensure production schedules are met, adjusting resources or processes as necessary to maintain deadlines.

Lastly, you will drive continuous improvement efforts to enhance production efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality. By leading process optimization initiatives, you will contribute to the overall success of the program

What YOU must bring to succeed:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Aerospace Engineering (or related field) with 5+ years of relevant manufacturing experience, ideally in aviation or similar industries.

• Strong program management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
